ah ok i think you are correct, the wording is very confusing on page 8.
I was reading "Armour that has a higher Protection score will completely ignore the AP trait and be immune to it." as being immune to the damage.
I think you may be correct in that when it say it is "immune to the AP trait"...
with an AP of 6 it will never penetrate though... and so do no damage...
it's dealing no damage as it cannot penetrate
again, its AP is not higher than the armor so it is not penetrating so no damage is being dealt
agreed
Ok reading through this it seems to result in LESS realistic outcomes.
For example a broadsword with it's ap trait of 6 cannot possibly damage someone wearing cloth or a flak jacket when in reality the blunt force trauma could beat them unconscious/ break their bones, which completely ignores...
At our table my players managed to take over the Martin 2 through a combination of poisoning the the food to sicken the crew and help from henshaw to sub the jump coordinates at the last minute.
The drugs did not affect all the crew (not everyone ate on the same shift) but it helped by reducing...
I printed the beowulf from their kickstarts and boy is it a project.
It took 2 weeks to print on my two large format FDM printers.
I couldn't even fathom trying to print it on a hobbyist size printer.
thanks Dave, helpful but still confusing...

I understand that you add G's to existing vectors to get total velocity/ g rating.
It would seem that you are suggesting above that thrust should...
Ahoi Travellers!
With the new (rather simple) vector movement rules in the newly updated Traveller companion I have some questions...
Specifically it does not seem that the rules account for momentum properly.....
For example: there is no description for how to apply negative thrust/ negative...
Love your work Arkathan, thank you so much!
Q: are you planning on building a google sheets version?
Bonus Q: would a multi-ship sheep be possible (i.e. multiple ships in one document, one tab per ship?)
thanks!
